Squeeze the bottles of French (house) and ranch dressings over your pizza, in swirls and patterns....that's the traditional way to enjoy Monical's thin crust pizza.
The French dressing is very sweet, so I sprinkle lots of hot pepper flakes on my pizza, then swirl dressing on top. -

Food = Really good for a basic pizza place. 4/5
Service = 0 stars!!!!! Just ask for the manager. The employees act like it's their 1st day, too busy gossiping and talking to each other or on cell phones. Also act like they're sooo stressed, it actually rubs off on some customers. I've never in my life, EVER, seen so many employees mess up the simplest things and then act like they have no idea how to fix it. Ugh!
Very frustrating as a customer. I can be in a mood for their pizza but end up deciding to order elsewhere due to not wanting to deal with the staff. It's that bad and I would imagine embarrassing for the company. -

Wow, worst service ever in any food service establishment I have ever had, I can see the employees not caring Enough to give 100%. But where the heck are the managers in the evening hours when it gets busy. And these cell phones, what is so important when your at work. The customer comes first, the damn cell phones can wait until later. I would of gave a 0 star but of corse it's not an option

The pizza here is good - if you could ever get them to actually give it to you. Service is consistently awful. I went there on a Friday night and literally waited over an hour for one pizza. They have a little back room -but I recommend you don't sit there. Your waitress will leave and not come back. The pizza is OK, but definitely not worth the hassle.
